Because they used a palm piolt to run the transaction and it screwed everything up. And i could not get anything back for 24 hours.I asked the manager for a way to contact him if my money wasn't reimbursed and he said "i won't be available during the weekend to contact but he reiterated the fact he is customer oriented.., b/s!!!! I won't go back!
